Jeff Cox was born in Kingsport, TN where he lived until he enlisted in the US Army. Jeff served in the United States Army for 3 years, stationed in Bad Kissengen, West Germany and at A.P. Hill, VA. His MOS was 95B (Military Police). He achieved the rank of E-5 (Sergeant). Jeff was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, First Oak Leaf Cluster, Overseas Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal.
With 20 years of experience in the fields of Emergency Response and Hazardous Waste Management, Jeff brings extensive experience to Rapid Response Management. His experience includes emergency response management, hazardous sampling, lab packing, environmental site auditing, RCRA, OSHA, DOT, CERCLA, TSCA and SARA regulatory compliance. Jeff worked on the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team for five months after Hurricane Katrina in the New Orleans, LA area.

Al Bouldin was born in Eden, NC where he lived until he attended college. Al graduated from Morehead High School and attended Central Wesleyan College where he studied mathematics and theology. Al has 26 years of experience in environmental management as well as in emergency and disaster response. Al has served as Safety Manager and as Project Manager on many projects. Al served as National Manager of Emergency Response for an environmental company that had annual revenues exceeding 0.5 billion dollars. He has also served on the Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee that reported through the US Secretary of Commerce to advise the President of the United States.
Al has many years of experience in regulatory compliance, lab packing, sampling, identifying unknowns, teaching HAZWOPER and other environmental courses, performing environmental site audits, and managing emergency and disaster responses. Al worked on the EPA START Team for five months after Hurricane Katrina in the New Orleans, LA area. He also spent a month overseeing projects in the Houston, TX area after Hurricane Ike. In addition, he acted as Senior Project Manager on a multi-million dollar cleanup of almost 16,000 gallons of diesel fuel spilled in the Pacific Northwest for a Fortune 100 client. Al then spent 5 weeks overseeing a crew that was dispatched to help clean-up a 430,000 gallon spill of #6 fuel oil on the Mississippi River. He also managed a team of Supervisors that responded to the BP Oil Spill.
